Safest way to add a line

I wanna add a line for a heated water system. Can I safely tap into an existing underground line? If ever, whats the best way to do it? Safest approach is what i wanna do, help pls.

I think it is best to call a pro to avoid damage or leaks but if you decide to do it yourself, use proper fittings, shut off water first, and insulate the new line well

I don't think you should tap into an underground line yourself without professional guidance. This is extremely dangerous. I agree with the comment above me, it's better to hire a pro

Are you sure the line can handle the extra load though? The safest way is using a proper underground-rated junction box and connectors, plus following local codes. Definitely get a licensed electrician to do it so its done right and safe.
